I put in an appointment request online and got a call almost immediately from Ms. Barbara. She booked me and I was seen the same day. The office is gorgeous, and as soon as I walked in, Barbara & Symone greeted me. Both were extremely pleasant from check-in to check-out. They also went over future costs with me and provided helpful resources. Dr. Anderson was great. In my 28 years of life, he’s the first dentist to ever check under my tongue for signs of cancer. Rafael was very thorough with my cleaning. I’ve had other offices tell me how great my upkeep is, but then rush through the cleaning. Rafael complimented me and still took his time, making sure everything was done right. He also answered all my questions and demonstrated things when needed. Vasa (apologies if I’m misspelling) walked me through the entire X-ray process and answered all my questions. Everyone I encountered was amazing! I originally went in for the $99 cleaning special (no insurance), but was presented with a $519 bill at checkout. Then I was offered $399 for two cleanings. I recommend mentioning the special upfront if that’s what you’re going in for. I ended up paying $399 for my cleaning, exams, X-rays, plus an additional cleaning in 6 months. I called right after to ask about the price difference and was told the $399 was the better value. I’m still not entirely sure how it’s a better deal, but that was a mistake on my end for not speaking up prior to accepting the charge. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit!

When you have a dentist and staff that treat you like family, what do you do when you have to move? In my case, I fly about 3 hours each way a couple times a year for routine cleaning and care. In the very rare case I need something more, they always work to schedule me as convenient as possible due to my unique situation.
