I love the several different options that they have, especially with sedation specifically. They have, I think, laughing gas. I always choose to go to sleep and not deal with the worst of the anxiety.
The hearing, the drill, the different smells that you may experience. To be able to just take a nap, go to sleep, wake up, and it’s done. And the Netflix that you chose is still got a blanket on you.
Everyone’s just like, take your time. They would wheelchair you out if you were under a deep sedation. Everything is like taken care of for you.
I had several panic attacks previously when fixing to go to a dentist, knowing that I was going to get some work done, whether it be just even a small filling, a couple of fillings or a crown, I would completely freak out beforehand. I would cry. I’d feel sick.
And they’re previously at different practices. I don’t think they were as compassionate. It was kind of like, let’s hurry and get this done.
Everyone’s in a rush. They don’t remember my name. I’m just another face.

I am Dr. Anderson patient on the dental art of dentistry. When I came the first time in this place, I’m very little bit nervous because somebody recommended this place, but I don’t have the experience in that time. But honestly, when I arrived on this place, I feel very well.
I felt welcome and the good atmosphere. And the best part, when I met, first met with Dr. Anderson, I feel very, very, very safe. She took the time with me and explained everything with my word.

Oh, I’m real, real happy on the front desk, explain everything because Dr. Anderson have, oh my goodness, a lot of forms to pay. I had a bad experience which ended my prior relationship in which a treatment was administered that wasn’t properly explained. Well, it wasn’t really explained to me at all and the pain that ensued because of said unexplained procedure led me to ask some questions and when I asked those questions I didn’t even get truthful answers and that was rather disappointing. So as I exited that office for the final time in my head, I had already determined that it would be my final visit.
Again, not having many dentists growing up that was totally a shock to me. When coming to Dr. Anderson’s office, I never mentioned my bad experience. This is probably the first time that he would hear of it.
Never had that here. He takes time. He’s never done anything that wasn’t explained to me.
He never suggested anything that wasn’t in the end for the best as far as keeping me with a great smile. I had an issue with the shifting of teeth before and he set me up with the great Invisalign plan which led me from being ashamed to smile at times to you know to this day some four or five years post Invisalign. My teeth are still perfectly straight as he would say.
I’m not a vain guy but he says I have the perfect smile. Well, the Invisalign had a lot to do with that. Again, his suggestions.
I have total faith and trust in him. I mean unless he were to tell me he needs to pull a tooth unexpectedly but I have complete confidence in his treatment and his suggestions and again he’s also like the guy next door. Well, the most obvious reason would be a very knowledgeable dentist. Dr. Anderson has years and years of experience. He’s very knowledgeable, takes time to explain.
He’s always having the patients to ask any questions, address any concerns. Just an overall warm vibe from the doctor. The most obvious reason, and also in addition to that, the staff is extremely friendly, professional, caring even.
They ask about the family, just an overall family-oriented environment. I mean, to me, it’s second to none.

I love coming to the Gentle Art of Dentistry. I enjoy every time I come in here from the first time I walk in the doors from the receptionist to coming back to the patient’s rooms. All the rooms make me feel relaxed and nice and at ease.
Dr. Anderson, I can’t say the world of him, I’m not the best toothbrusher out there and he takes care of my smile and that’s what’s important to me because that’s what I use every day to go meet people, engage. Most people want to see a nice smile.

The issues I was having had to do with gum disease and some periodontal issues that had been addressed on and off over the course of my life, and never really resolved, never really cured. And what it was preventing me from doing is really enjoying eating. I was not a great smiler because I didn’t have a lot of confidence in that smile, and there was a lot of pain involved in some of it, a lot of discomfort.
What Dr. Anderson was able to do, and it was not an overnight process, it took a long time, but what he was able to do was resolve those issues, put some of the periodontal issues behind me. It came at a cost, but I think in the long run, in the long term, I’m much better off coming here and having him help me deal with those issues and resolve those issues. I mean, I have a great smile now.
I don’t have the pain and the discomfort that I used to have, and I owe it all to Dr. Anderson and his staff.

I’ve been a patient Dr. Anderson for 20+ years. Dr. Anderson, the front office, the dental hygienist, and assistants all have great communication and professionalism. They have always listened to my concerns to make my visit as comfortable as possible, which is extremely important to me. Dr. Anderson and his staff are willing to explain any questions or concerns. I have always been very apprehensive when it came to Dentistry.
